A full 10 days off work!

Okay, enough rubbing it in.
I am really looking forward to lots of blogging over the next week as Spring Festival unfolds. We have many exciting things planned during our time off this week, including going skiing and holding a Catan night at our apartment. I know that some people might not share our excitement about Catan night, but trust me, it’s exciting if you belong to our family.
So, more later…for now, I am off to bake my 3rd batch of muffins. During the Festival, when you visit friends, you must always go bearing gifts. And the homemade kind are the best!

Hey! Boo Becky,
Thanks for your infro on China. I am soooo glad the two of you are happy there. It looks a little like our snow country here till I seen the Christmas tree made out of live bamboo. That is beautiful. I used to have some of them and thought they were pretty, but they were much smaller. I might just get some more.
Just wanted to wish you a Happy Birthday, my first and very special granddaughter. I know you will have a good one cause you are with the one you love. Keep the messages coming. Love reading them.
